Open Documents from Support. Use the left topic menu for Open market, Account, Markets, Contracts, Billing, Escrow, and Legal. Open market covers buy/sell services, secure escrow, direct deals, and open price.
From Markets, start a new market with a clear title and one focus. You become the owner and earn $0.10 + 0.1% on each opened contract there (buyer-paid) - open Owner earnings & strategy for the full note. Agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before Create. After Create you land on that market page - a guided tour can walk requirements, depth, and a first sell order. Description supports Markdown with auto-preview. Split unrelated offers into separate markets. When your market goes live, you get a web notice (Telegram and email if linked and you are away); site admins get the same stack; the news channel posts a public alert with market, Help, and FAQ links - never your private contact details.
A contract opens when buy and sell orders match (or when messaging a sell order under escrow rules). On Contracts, each row shows You buy / You sell, Buyer (pays escrow) vs Seller (delivers), price, and escrow - grouped Opened / Paused / Ended. Guests see a Guided tour card (Sign in + X; refresh restores until Sign in).
While escrow is held, system watermarks protect media. They clear after release under the watermark rules.
Open a ticket under Support. Include your username and a short description - replies stay in that thread. Support replies come from Up-YourLife with a clear greeting and the specialist who helped you.
Open Market: rooms anyone can join. Open Price: listed prices stay visible in the book. Open Escrow: funds wait until both sides finish.
