Account

Signing in

One account. Sign in with email or Google - then continue. Telegram is not a sign-in method; link it later from Profile for alerts and Messages sessions.

Email

  • Use the address and password on the sign-in form.
  • New accounts get a verification link before the session unlocks.
  • Forgot password sends a reset link to that same inbox.
  • Resend waits 60 seconds between tries, max 3 per hour for the same address.
  • No mail arrives if that address is not linked on the account yet - sign in with Google, add email under Profile, or ask support/admin to attach it.

Google

  • Opens Google’s consent screen, then returns you to Up-YourLife.
  • If that Google identity already maps to an account here, you land signed in.
  • Google-only accounts have no email password yet. Forgot password and email sign-in will ask you to Continue with Google instead of sending a reset link.
  • After Google sign-in, open Profile to add a verified email and set a password if you want email login later.
  • Connect never merges accounts. If Google is already on another profile, delete that account first (or ask support), then connect here.

Telegram (alerts and sessions - not sign-in)

  • You cannot create an account or sign in with Telegram. Use email or Google first.
  • After you are signed in, link Telegram from Profile so the bot can deliver alerts when you are away.
  • On Messages you can add your own Telegram sessions for inbox and market search. That is separate from account sign-in.
  • There is no Telegram mini web app for Up-YourLife sign-in.

Identity already on another profile

Up-YourLife never combines accounts. If Connect says Google (or a linked Telegram for alerts) is already on another profile, that identity stays locked there until that account is deleted.

  • Sign in to the other account → Profile → Danger zone → delete it (type DELETE + security check), then connect on this account.
  • Or open a support ticket if you cannot reach that account.
  • Full delete steps: Delete account.

Telegram account switching

Telegram sign-in on the website is disabled. To use a different Telegram number for alerts or Messages sessions, sign in with email or Google first, then manage Telegram links from Profile / Messages.

Session

  • After a successful sign-in, your browser keeps a secure session cookie until you sign out or we clear it for security.
  • A brief server delay must not wipe that session in the UI - refresh once if the account bar looks empty.
  • See also: FAQ - slow sign-in or empty account bar.

Second factor

When MFA is on, finish with passkey, authenticator, email code, or a recovery code - whichever you enabled. The sign-in page shows icon buttons for each method your account actually has.

FAQ on this topic

Short answers for this page. Full list: Support FAQ.

Messages uses one address for everyone. Your chats stay private to your signed-in session — not a public /messages/@someone path. The app only shows conversations you belong to; guessing another chat id returns not found or forbidden. User ids are not put in the URL. Deep links use private query params on /messages (for example ?c=… for a conversation you already belong to).
