Referral links and rewards

Discount and reward

• A referred requester pays a 2.5% platform fee instead of 5%.
• A referred provider or connector pays 7.5% instead of 10%.
• The referrer earns a separate 2.5% reward on eligible contract funds. It is paid when the referred participant's platform fee is collected.

The reward is separate from the participant's fee discount. The Incoming amount on your account is an estimate based on open posts and started contracts, and may change when a contract budget changes.

Share and use your link

• Copy your link from Account → Referral and share it with the person you invite.
• The participant follows the link when creating an eligible post. The same referrer's link can be used once by that participant.
• Someone who has not used your link before can use it even if they are already a member or have used another person's referral.

When your link is active

Your link is available while you have at least one open marketplace post. If you have no open posts, the link pauses for new referrals. Open another post to reactivate it.

Referrals already attached to posts and contracts already opened remain eligible after your link pauses.
