Before you delete
- Withdraw balance to $0.
- Settle held escrow and close open or paused contracts.
- Admin accounts cannot self-delete - open a support ticket.
Account
Self-serve delete under Profile → Danger zone. Type DELETE, pass your security check, and the profile is removed - identities free up for a new account. No merges.
Yes - as a new Up-YourLife account, not a recovery of the deleted one. Open Sign in or create account, then connect the same Google, Telegram, or email once those identities are free. Balances, markets, contracts, and history from the deleted profile do not return.
Yes, after review. An admin must pass their own passkey or password + email + authenticator check - the same step-up used for every other admin action on Up-YourLife. Unlike self-serve delete, admin force-delete can run while a balance remains: leftover available balance is forfeited with the delete, open or paused contracts settle with that account treated at fault, and buy-order listing holds release so the other side is not stuck. Prefer permanent block when you only need to stop sign-in.
Before the account is removed, we send a final notice by telegram (if your bot chat is linked) or email (if one is on file) explaining who acted and why. If you believe an admin deletion was a mistake, reply to that notice or open a support ticket - keep the notice, it has the reference you need. Admins cannot revive a deleted profile; the path forward is a new account (see Can I come back after delete?).
A permanent block keeps the profile but closes sign-in right away: the session cookie is cleared, new sign-in is refused (email, Google, Telegram, MFA), and active market orders leave the book. An admin can lift that block after review from the account page or the admin Moderation ledger - you get a notice and can sign in again on the same account. Delete removes the profile entirely. Details: What is a permanent block? and Can a permanent block be lifted?.
Up-YourLife never combines accounts. Delete the profile that currently holds Google or Telegram, then connect on the account you want to keep. Details: Identity already on another profile.

We never combine accounts. Sign in to that other profile and delete it under Profile → Danger zone (or contact support), then connect the identity on the account you want to keep.
