Account

Notifications

In-app first when you are online. Telegram when you step away. Email for critical balance, market, contract, and escrow events - never for every chat or Telegram-forward line. Unread items get a second pass when they stay unread.

Channels

  • Web - notification center and browser push when you allow it.
  • Telegram - our site bot (dev: @devupyourlifecomebot, prod: @upyourlifecomebot). Link the account, then press Start in the bot chat.
  • Email - critical market, contract, balance, escrow, deposit, and withdraw events, plus unread follow-ups when an address is linked. Chat messages and Telegram-forward prompts never use email.

Missing channel = that send is skipped. Soft prompts suggest connecting Telegram, email, or Google - dismiss with X; they return after 24 hours until fixed. Until the bot is started, the notification dropdown and Notifications page also show a Link / Start bot call to action so you can finish sync without hunting settings.

Timestamps on Up-YourLife (tickets, contracts, invoices, messages, admin activity) use your browser timezone and show a short zone label when a full clock is visible - for example EDT or PDT - so the time is never ambiguous with UTC.

Online vs away

  • Online on the site - in-app / web notify only. No Telegram while you are on Up-YourLife.
  • Away or offline - we still write to the notification center and also send Telegram immediately when the bot is started.
  • Brief reconnect gaps (deploy, refresh) still count as on-site for a short grace window so Telegram does not fire by mistake.

Unread escalation

  • Unread for about 10 minutes - Telegram reminder when you are away or offline (deferred while you stay online on the site).
  • Still unread after about 30 minutes - email reminder (if an address is linked). Chat and Telegram-forward items skip this email step.
  • Reading the item cancels the remaining steps.

Critical events

Market, contract, balance, escrow, deposit, and withdraw updates also try email right away when an address is on the account. New chat lines and Telegram-forward requests stay on web (and Telegram when you are away) - they are not treated as critical email.

Browser device alerts

When you allow browser notifications, Up-YourLife can toast on this device while a tab is in the background. Telegram sessions on Messages follow Telegram Web mute rules. Every channel and group has Mute / Unmute (Orderbook rail bell for the open chat, or right-click on the chat list). Mute on Messages writes Telegram forever-mute; mute on Telegram updates this list live (grey badge + bell-off). Unmuted rooms count every inbound non-service post - accent unread badge and a device toast when the tab is away. Muted rooms keep a grey unread badge without toasts, except @you or a reply to your message; muted DMs stay silent. Opening a chat loads the thread right away from the newest page (~40 rows) without a full-table count - scroll up for older pages (local cache first, then the next Telegram history window) so you can reach the start of the chat. Sync (refresh) is optional and never locks Mute or Add Order (both live under Orderbook for the open chat). While your pointer is on the chat list, row order freezes so clicks and right-clicks land on the chat you aimed at; order is pinned, then unmuted with unread, then the rest by newest activity. Bot chats still skip imported unread spam. Human DMs, reactions on your messages, and unmuted room posts notify as above. We still require a real @you or reply-to-you for muted-room exceptions - not Telegram's bare "mentioned" flag alone. Groups show an active @ badge in the chat list for those replies and mentions; inside the chat a floating @ shows the unread reply count - tap it to scroll, highlight, and clear that reply one by one. When someone reacts to your message, the list shows that reaction mark; open the chat and tap the floating reaction to jump, highlight, and clear each reacted message. Right-click a bubble (or Select) to Delete - it removes the message on Telegram for you, and for the other person when you keep Also delete for them checked. Allow notifications when the browser asks - deny only means in-app badges still work. Session icons on Messages (and Admin Team Telegram) show how many chats still need you - unmuted unread, plus groups with replies to you or reactions on your messages. An @ mark on the session avatar means replies or reactions are waiting. Badges update live and clear when you open that chat - no refresh. Your Up-YourLife profile avatar on the Messages account rail shows unread platform chat counts the same way and clears when you open and read those threads. Staff Telegram @username and display name on Team Telegram refresh from the live MTProto session (about every few minutes, and on Check) - the staff label field stays as you set it. Chats with unread sort toward the top of the inbox chat list so you do not scroll to find them. Inbox threads render Telegram photos, videos, GIFs, stickers, and voice like the client (disk-cached on demand). Stickers sniff real MIME (webm / webp) so video stickers play; Lottie `.tgs` shows a clear sticker placeholder until a decoder ships. Composer emoji uses Noto Animated from Google Fonts (fetch then paint - missing variants fall back to the system emoji glyph without red Console 404 rows). Legacy `/assets/emoji/*.png` probes rewrite to Twemoji. Missing Telegram profile photos and unavailable media answer with a quiet empty response (initials stay) so the console does not fill with red 404 rows. Day separators (Today / Yesterday / long date) match Telegram Web on Team Telegram and Messages. Direct-chat last seen uses Telegram-style relative lines (just now / a minute ago / at HH:MM) from live MTProto status updates, with a soft refresh while the thread is open - not a frozen absolute stamp. Paste or attach a photo opens Send photo with caption - focus moves to the caption field so typing does not stay in Message. Send posts the image bytes to Telegram (not caption-only). Outbound text and caption messages offer Edit in the context menu (Telegram ~48h window) - the composer shows an Editing bar with pencil + cancel, and bubbles mark edited after a successful change. Telegram albums render as a thumbnail grid; image documents preview as images. PDF and other file attachments show the Telegram file name and download with that name and type (not a blank UUID). Send, edit, and react sit on an urgent Telegram lane ahead of profile, avatar, and older-history work so mark-read / Sync cannot bury your outbound clock. Peer cards open from the dialog cache first while a fuller profile refresh runs in the background. Opening a chat also catches up when the chat-list preview is newer than the stored thread - so a Telegram reply cannot sit only in the list while the open pane stops at your last outbound bubble. Media fetch never reuses a stale failed body (tap retry / decode error reloads). Nearby caption text merges under the following photo. Stickers and GIF animations render freestanding and large (Telegram-style) when they have no caption, with time and ticks under the sticker. Click the chat header - or the in-thread peer panel - for a Telegram-style profile card (avatar, @handle, bio/status, contact flag, phone when the session knows it, groups in common). Staff Team Telegram pulls live MTProto fields. On Messages, the Orderbook rail hosts Add Order for the open chat - pick or create a market, then list buy/sell; the order stores your staff Team Telegram account and the trader peer Telegram id/username (sell can optionally attach an existing platform user as owner). On the market page, Order details shows buyer and seller Telegram only to the order owner - same privacy gate as the private note; other viewers never receive those fields. Staff can tap a buyer or seller handle to open that peer in Team Telegram. Marketing situation, keyword search hits, and outreach activity use the same deep-link pattern. Direct-chat last seen matches Telegram Web relative wording. Live typing, recording, and sending actions appear under the chat title and replace the chat-list preview (animated dots) - same pattern on Messages. Staff typing in the composer also signals SetTyping to Telegram so the peer sees it. Right-click a chat to Mute / Unmute or Pin / Unpin - mute mirrors Telegram forever mute; pins stay when you open or sync that thread (history sync no longer clears them). Group and chat-list avatars load real Telegram profile photos (open-chat resolve for senders not in your dialogs; initials only when Telegram has no photo). Replies show a quote strip (name + snippet + accent bar) like Telegram Web, and a reply to your own message still counts as attention even when the parent was not cached yet. Staff and chat avatars sync from Telegram profile photos (disk-cached; browser + in-page blob cache reuse the same file). Message bubbles use Telegram Web appendix tails (fill + border stroke, flush to the outer bottom corner on both sides) and cluster corner radii with stronger lime outgoing and tinted incoming fills so the silhouette stays readable on the bright chat canvas (shared --chat-room-* tokens wash the doodle wallpaper light yellow-green on Messages and Team Telegram - never a dark olive pane). Telegram session faces on the Messages rail (and Admin Team Telegram list) load the real Telegram profile photo via disk-cached avatars - not the brand plane icon. Initials avatars use Telegram's classic peer palette (red / orange / violet / green / cyan / blue / pink from abs(peer id) % 7) so each person keeps a distinct color like Telegram Web - shared --peer-avatar-* tokens site-wide. Photo bubbles keep a hairline bubble-color frame (not a thick border). Time and sent/read ticks sit on the real photo corner inside the same bubble (Telegram density - photos cap around 320px tall so more messages stay on screen; photo bubbles hug the image width with a hairline frame - no empty strip beside the picture; media uses a small border-radius and stays clipped inside the bubble). While a photo is still loading, the bubble keeps a media-min width so captions stay readable (never one letter per line). Group and channel threads show the sender name above the bubble and the sender avatar on the left (Telegram cluster rules). Bot / channel inline buttons (URL and callback) render under the bubble - Sync or reopen the chat to load buttons on older posts. Freestanding media shells and platform Messages media use the same shared --chat-bubble-media-* tokens. Pin service lines show the pinned message preview - tap to scroll and highlight that message. Bubbles size to words - never glyph-stack from soft-wrap-anywhere. One-to-one DMs hide per-message usernames. The composer defaults to a mic; typing or an attachment switches to send. Emoji, attach, Message, and mic/send share one mid-row control height on Team Telegram and Messages. Record then send matches Telegram voice notes; playback uses a taller waveform in the bubble plus a Telegram-style top strip (prev / play / next, scrubber, mute, speed, close) under the chat header - same strip on Messages. Emoji / Stickers / GIFs picker ships Google Noto Animated Emoji (CC BY 4.0) plus Wikimedia Commons animated GIFs cached under /chat-gifs. Plain digit messages like "1" stay normal size - only real emoji and keycaps enlarge. Reaction pills live in the bubble footer on one row with time and ticks; a wide 36px gap keeps them clear (short bubbles widen with fit-content so both stay on that single row). Long bubbles stay inside the chat pane via a shared max-width token - they never paint over the dialog list. Left-click toggles your reaction without MFA step-up on staff inbox - tap the same emoji again to clear it (❤ / ❤️ forms match). The floating @ (and reaction) button loads the unread reply list from Telegram when needed, jumps to that message with highlight, and pulls older history if it is not in the open window yet. Right-click menus clamp into the viewport so Delete stays on screen near the bottom of the thread. Staff send, react, and delete need a signed-in admin only - no passkey step-up modal (adding or revoking a team session still uses step-up). Voice notes convert to OGG/Opus before Telegram accepts them. Appendix tails sit flush so their bottom edge shares the bubble baseline. Someone reacting to your outbound message bumps attention, shows an in-app toast when you are on another chat, and a device toast when the tab is away. Right-click a message for reactions, reply, copy, select (multi-select bar), or delete - Delete is always listed for normal messages (confirm dialog: also delete for the peer on your outbound). The site footer stays hidden on this inbox so the thread uses the full height. Unread badges follow mute state: unmuted rooms and DMs count every inbound non-service line (accent); muted rooms keep a grey count; bot chats still skip imported unread. Opening a chat marks it read on Telegram so sync cannot reinflate the badge. Messages now shares one rail: Up-YourLife (platform chats) first, then Telegram sessions you own (admins also see the staff pool). Add a session with + - phone + api_id / api_hash; sessions are private per user. Old /admin/team-telegram/chat links open Messages with ?tg=. Refresh keeps the open Telegram thread when the URL has peer= (and restores tg= from the last session if needed). Search matches Telegram Web: Chats then Messages. Message snippets paint from your local index first (usually under a second), then Telegram can add more in the background - tap one to jump, highlight, and scroll older lines above. Clear with X. Beside the chat, Orderbook lists open Up-YourLife orders linked to the open Telegram peer on either Add Order side (Buyer or Seller after swap) by market with price - tap a row to open that market on the order. The Messages right rail holds Telegram market search - pick market + buyers/sellers, then ON/OFF to start or stop. Edit keywords and reply lines under each market row (+ / −, one open at a time) beside your open Telegram session. Search also shows a live Keyword and Reply preview for the selected market and side before you turn marketing ON. Save keywords and replies without step-up; ON/OFF also needs only a signed-in admin (no step-up modal). While market search is ON, the worker rotates every public group that session already joined - one post per group every 65 minutes when a matching message exists. If that group warns about a daily message limit (including You have reached the message limit), posting pauses there until the next UTC day - and before the next post we re-check today's inbox so a warning you already got cannot be ignored. Under Search you see how many posts this account made for the selected market, last post time in your timezone, and each group with its count and last time. The target line must contain every keyword token (example: wts tiktok shop needs wts and tiktok and shop in the text) - stickers, media-only, or unrelated lines never get a reply. Account ban / flood / dead session pauses that whole account for a while; a write-block in one group only cools that group. Chat list rows keep the latest message in that chat (yours or anyone else) with its time - never the market-search status line. The open-chat header shows your last marketing post with the sent time (tap to jump) - or a short status such as Market search · waiting for keyword, no matching traders, banned, cooloff, or account pause. No match? Add market at the end of the Markets list (uses your search title). Tap a reply quote, pinned line, or the floating @ badge to load that message if needed, scroll to it, and highlight it - removed Telegram lines show as Message deleted and clear from the badge. Jump to date pulls the chosen day from Telegram when the local window is thin, then lands on the first message of that day. The bubble shows edited only when you change that line text or caption - not when Telegram refreshes a preview. Outbound text and reactions show at once with a sending badge, then move to sent / read when Telegram confirms. Rapid Enter bursts go through one server batch with paced delivery. Long Telegram FloodWait cool-downs pause the account send queue - bubbles stay on sending and resume automatically; tap ! only for a true non-flood failure. Short Telegram pauses sleep in the worker - bubbles stay on sending without a cool-down error toast. Live events replace the sending bubble so the same line never appears twice. If you refresh while lines are still sending, the text queue resumes from this browser and empty timestamp shells stay hidden. Opening a thread lands on the newest messages by default (instant settle after photos and layout finish - not a partial smooth scroll that stops mid-history). Deep link ?m= still jumps to that bubble; pin / Jump to date leave the live tail until you scroll or jump back down. Text bubbles use shared density tokens (tight pad, font, cluster gap) so Messages and Telegram session match Telegram Web packing. A fixed Pinned Message bar and sticky date chip overlay the thread without shifting bubble positions - date chip stays centered like Telegram Web; tap it to Jump to date. In groups, sender avatars sit beside bubbles and load each person's real Telegram photo (resolved through the open chat when they are not in your chat list) - initials when Telegram has no photo (quiet API answer - no red console noise). Tap avatar or name to open that person's DM. Group service lines (created / joined / left) sit centered as plain text with the actor name. Chat list and header faces use the same disk-cached path with a short retry if a photo was still missing. Live chat events use the WebSocket only - dialog list and open thread patch from events (off-list peers become live stubs; no HTTP per post). Soft dialogs HTTP is capped about once per 30s for Sync / catch-up. Chat photos, stickers, and avatars stay on disk cache across refresh (Cache Storage + private HTTP cache) so reopen does not re-pull every megabyte. Bot link on Profile stays for notifications only - not a full MTProto inbox.

Platform update notices

When Up-YourLife ships a user-facing release, we post one kind notice to the official Telegram news channel for this site - not into every account inbox. Follow Up-YourLife News on Telegram. Dev (.website) and prod (.com) keep separate queues: a change already announced on the other site may still wait here until this stack redeploys, then lands as one combined digest of everything still unsent. Deal, escrow, market, and security alerts still use your personal Notifications list.

Manage the list

  • Open Notifications - pick a topic (Update, Contract, Market, …). Only one topic stays open.
  • Page 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 inside that topic - other topics stay one tap away.
  • Search narrows topics and items. Delete removes one notice; Clear wipes all.

Security suggestions

Soft prompts list only what you have not added yet: password, passkey, authenticator, email 2-step, verified email. Optional for members - dismissible for 24 hours.

Manage channels and MFA under Connected accounts and Security.
