How deposits and withdrawals work

Fund your Up-YourLife balance with on-chain crypto, verify the flow at your own pace, and withdraw available credits when you are ready.

Deposits

Deposits are on-chain crypto payments. After you send funds to the address on the Deposit page, we credit your balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Deposit, Withdraw, and Deposit invoices share the Billing rail layout - back to Profile → Billing, yellow-green controls, and official token/network brand marks on pickers (not hand-drawn placeholders).

Each invoice gets a temporary deposit address. After payment clears, that address stays reserved for a short cool-down (default one day), then returns to the pool for new invoices. Only transfers that arrive after an invoice is issued count toward that invoice.

Test with a small amount

You can verify deposits and withdrawals yourself before committing larger amounts - even with as little as $1. Try a small deposit, confirm your balance updates, then use Withdraw to move credits back out when you are satisfied.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals move available credits out of your account to an address you provide. Only confirmed balance that is not held in active escrow or other holds can be withdrawn.

Third-party escrow

If you prefer an outside escrow you already trust for a deal, contact us through Support tickets. We are happy to discuss arrangements that give you confidence.

Balance change history

On Profile → Billing, the interactive chart and activity list show every credit and debit that moves your available balance - deposits, withdrawals, buy-order holds and refunds, contract escrow and payouts, escrow out/in, and admin top-up or reduce. Each row (and chart hover) shows why the payment was used, then the balance before and after. Filter by type, page 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 rows. See also Where do I see my balance change history?.

Invoices and records

Past deposits and payment records are listed under Invoices in your profile billing section.
