Fees
- Establishing fee: $1.10 = $1.00 site + $0.10 market owner
- Transaction fee: tiered by deal size (see management-fee doc). Platform/owner splits apply within the fee where relevant.
Escrow
The buyer always pays the establishing fee. Listing a buy order holds only $1.10. The transaction management fee is applied when a contract opens; its amount depends on the deal size (tiered rules and minimums are used). The seller is never charged to list or match.
Wallet debit when you add one buy unit:
See buy order escrow.
Outgoing, incoming, and total cards show what is held right now. Escrow change history below uses the same total (outgoing + incoming) - the newest row After balance always matches the Total card. Seller incoming, contract payouts, and earlier holds are included so the chart and list stay in sync with the navbar escrow figure. Filter by type and paginate 10, 20, 50, or 100 rows. Open a contract from Contracts when you need the live deal view.

From Markets, start a new market with a clear title and one focus. You become the owner and earn $0.10 + 0.1% on each opened contract there (buyer-paid) - open Owner earnings & strategy for the full note. Agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before Create. After Create you land on that market page - a guided tour can walk requirements, depth, and a first sell order. Description supports Markdown with auto-preview. Split unrelated offers into separate markets. When your market goes live, you get a web notice (Telegram and email if linked and you are away); site admins get the same stack; the news channel posts a public alert with market, Help, and FAQ links - never your private contact details.
