Top bar menus
The desktop bar shows Marketplace, Services, and Message. Marketplace lists Marketplace, then Posts (Requests, Offers, Connect offers) and People (Requesters, Providers, Connectors). Services lists Email. Message opens chat. The menu button opens Sign in, Create account, and Help. On a phone, that same button opens Marketplace, Services, Message, Sign in, Create account, and Help. Balance on a wide screen, notifications, and the theme switch stay on the bar. Todos from chat
Each role list starts with group keywords, then one open message, then add rules. Marked role and group keyword are on by default. Opened people are listed first, newest first, then candidates, newest first. Messaging starts on its own for people who have no open todo. Stop or resume can be set for every todo, one todo, or one role. A narrower stop stays stopped when a wider resume is turned on. Manual add places someone as opened. Markets, contracts, and payments are no longer part of this app. Every todo starts with Buyer and Seller roles; open a todo to rename them, add more roles, or move people between role rails. Custom roles join your catalog site-wide for your account. When a todo is current in chat, everyone else still open on it shows as a thin avatar strip — click an avatar for a message preview, click the preview to open that chat, or X to close the preview. Role badges follow User Info → Roles for that person on the linked staff account. People stay until you Finish them; the strip scrolls when the list grows and never covers the header or message input.
